Who can join. Scientific, educational, cultural and civil-society organizations of the BRICS countries and other partner countries. Individuals cannot be members, but may take part in Alliance events and projects through a member organization.
What membership gives. A seat on the Council; access to joint projects, conferences and the exchange of methodologies; the right to use the Alliance’s platform for your own initiatives. Membership is free of charge; financial matters of individual projects are settled by separate agreements between the organizations involved.
How to join.
- Download the Memorandum of Accession (DOCX) and complete it on your organization’s letterhead.
- Send the signed Memorandum to the Presidium at presidium@brics-adhsce.com, or use the form below.
- The Presidium decides on admission at its next meeting and sends you an extract from the minutes. Membership takes effect on the date of that decision.
